Which La Crescenta Home is Greener?

Now this home above is not currently for sale, but according to the Los Angeles Times, one La Crescenta resident's decision to paint her house neon green has drawn the ire of neighbors who say the color stands out in all the wrong ways and is a stark contrast to the muted, earthy tunes of the neighboring homes. Several residents on the street are trying to sell their homes but have not had any showings since the house was painted. More than a dozen neighbors held a meeting at one of their homes last week to discuss ways to convince the owner to change the color. They plan to draft a letter asking the owner to take their quality of life and property values into account. The question has now come up, 'Does there need to be some sort of ordinance regarding residential properties?'
