Last Friday I sold this 3 bed/2 bath home in Newhall designed by Joseph J. Railla. My buyers were originally looking for a home in Pasadena or Altadena, but they fell in love with the MLS photos of this Newhall home. We decided to take a look at the home and once my buyers walked in they knew this was the home they had been waiting for.
My buyers were already preapproved so we were able to act quickly and write an offer. The listing agent said she had originally received 4 offers but the sellers were not able to come to an agreement with the potential offers. We wrote $24,000 under asking and the sellers countered us to come up $5,000. We ended up coming to an agreement and closed escrow $19,000 under asking. We had a smooth escrow and we were able to close in 30 days. Congratulations Chris and Jessica!
